The Five-0 Foundation and Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 50 are proud to announce a $10,000 donation to the Law Enforcement Assistance Foundation (LEAF)—a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting law enforcement officers and families during their most critical moments.

Lodge 50 is proud to announce and congratulate Brother Rolando Silva on his appointment as Police Chief of the Village of Palm Springs. Chief Silva brings decades of proven leadership and public service to this role, including a distinguished career with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, where he retired at the rank of Captain.

Proceeds benefit Fundana.org, a respected Venezuelan nonprofit providing education, food, and essential support services to children affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis. The Fraternal Order of Police is proud to announce the availability of Make Venezuela Great Again (MVGA) T-shirts, created as a strictly humanitarian initiative to support vulnerable children in Venezuela.

We’re proud to announce that applications for the 2026 Five-0 Scholarship are now open. This scholarship reflects our continued commitment to supporting children and grandchildren of FOP Lodge 50 members in good standing as they pursue higher education. All eligibility requirements, deadlines, and application instructions are available on our website.

FOP Jim Fogleman Lodge 50 successfully hosted its annual HR-218 qualification and member barbecue on Saturday, January 10th, bringing together active and retired members for a productive and enjoyable day. The event once again saw a strong turnout, continuing a steady increase in participation each year since the Lodge began offering this annual qualification several years ago.

Leadership Legacy FOP Jim Fogleman Lodge 50 has been shaped by strong, steady leadership committed to protecting members, strengthening the Lodge, and serving the community. Our leaders have guided the organization through periods of growth, challenge, and transformation — always with the mission and membership first.

FOP Lodge 50 mourns the loss of our honorary member and friend, Chuck Stoddard. Chuck, a former Mayor of the Town of Haverhill, worked closely with the Fraternal Order of Police on legislative issues impacting Florida law enforcement and police pensions.

Dear Member, As we head into the new membership year, it’s time to renew your membership with FOP Jim Fogleman Lodge 50. We appreciate your continued support, trust, and involvement in the Lodge.

From its early beginnings in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1915 to today, the Fraternal Order of Police has grown to become the largest and most commanding voice in law enforcement.
