On Saturday, October 29th, 2022 , Lodge 50 Board Member Nick Leischen led and escorted one of many Team South Florida Relief Convoys for First Responders to the hurricane-devastated Florida West Coast.  Also on hand was Mike McLaughlin from FOP Lodge 3100 to assist in the effort.  Team South Florida contacts law enforcement agencies and identifies the officers that lost or damaged their homes. Once they determine their needs, donations are collected and their wish list is fulfilled.  The goods are then personally delivered directly to them. It’s a long hard day but worth every minute.  Great job by all.
